Laura SMASH up DERBY was Fun with a capital F! #19 rocked the SHOW - whomever he was. Plus, he had a cute little blonde sidekick - her hands all dirty from fixing the car between heats. I should have been a reporter, the pair of them would had made an interesting column...TOO CUTE!

Laura I know nothing about raising boys to be GOOD men...BUT here's a sweet spot in my day.
Day 2 a teenage boy was working out in the weight room with me. Day 5 he enters again and the 1st words out of his mouth: "Hey! I can see that's really working for you!"
It's not always about teaching our kids to SAY and DO the RIGHT thing but to sometimes GO the EXTRA MILE to make someone's day.

A customer isn’t sure whether or not to use a blog or an rss feed for his marketing website. It takes some time to hash out the details on his target market, the website he wants to promote, his marketing objectives, and his available time.
